- Dashmottar : UG/ PG/Diploma Certificate Courses.

- For Fresh Candidates : Latest Passport Size Scan Photo, Last Qualifying Exam Mark Sheet, Cast or Income Certificate, Bank Pass Book, Fee Receipt No., Annual None Refundable Amount, Enrolled No., Aadhar Card.
- For Renewal Candidates : Please Use Last Year Registration No. to Login to Renewal Section and Enter the Fresh Details.

- Renewal Candidates : Candidates who are already enrolled in any school/college and had applied for scholarship list year will renew their application.
